Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by Stackly Apps, including Karma VPN and AI Image Generator (collectively, the "Apps"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Apps. These Terms apply to all users of the Apps.

2. About Stackly Apps

Stackly Apps is a technology company that creates, owns, and maintains its own mobile applications and digital products. We do not provide services to third-party clients. All apps under the Stackly Apps brand are developed and operated solely by Stackly Apps.

3. License to Use

Stackly Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include the right to:

• -Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the Apps
• -Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Apps
• -Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps
• -Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Apps
• -Use the Apps to develop a competing product or service

4. Eligible Users

The Apps are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the Apps, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms. Certain features may require you to be 18 or older.

5. User Conduct

When using the Apps, you agree not to:

• -Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• -Use Karma VPN to engage in illegal activities, hacking, or bypassing legally enforced restrictions
• -Use AI Image Generator to create or distribute harmful, illegal, or sexually explicit content
• -Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Apps or related systems
• -Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Apps or servers
• -Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Apps without our permission
• -Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features within the Apps may require payment or a subscription. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the App Store terms and conditions.

• -Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• -You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• -Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy
• -Stackly Apps does not issue refunds directly

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, user interface, and code included in the Apps are the exclusive property of Stackly Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Stackly Apps name, logo, Karma VPN, and AI Image Generator names and logos are trademarks of Stackly Apps. You may not use any of our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Apps may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Apple's App Store). Stackly Apps is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. STACKLY APPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STACKLY APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPS, EVEN IF STACKLY APPS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL STACKLY APPS' TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APPS IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Termination

Stackly Apps reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you must stop using the Apps and delete all copies from your devices. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
