End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("End User" or "you") and Stackly Apps ("Company"). This Agreement governs your use of Karma VPN, AI Image Generator, and any other applications, software, and services (collectively, "Applications") made available by Stackly Apps.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Stackly Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Applications for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement and any documentation provided.

3. License Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Applications
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Applications
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Stackly Apps
• Use the Applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

The Applications, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Stackly Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Updates and Modifications

Stackly Apps may from time to time provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the Applications. You acknowledge that Stackly Apps may update or modify the Applications with or without notifying you.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Applications and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STACKLY APPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL STACKLY APPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
